With proper care, our leather goods are built to last a lifetime. Our warranty is simple: my lifetime or yours—whichever comes first.

If your item ever fails because of our materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it. No bull. No arguments. Just pay the shipping.

Of course, we can’t cover damage from misuse, spills, fire, water, or anything outside our control once it leaves our shop. Treat it right, and it’ll be with you for life. Check out our leather care page to learn how to keep your products in great shape.

A Few Things to Know About Full Grain Leather

  • Leather molds to your body over time. Belts won’t stay perfectly straight after wearing—that’s normal and part of the character.

  • Real full grain leather bears the scars and the story of the animal. There can be small imperfections, color blemishes, color changes, and scratches - all part of the heritage and the story. If you are not happy with a scar on a belt or case, let us know and we will exchange it for you. Just pay the shipping.

  • Leather changes color as it ages. This natural “patina” gives each item its own unique personality and is a sign of quality.

  • Leather can scratch and dent with daily use. Certain leathers, like Horween’s Dublin, may even show scratches from the factory. That’s not a defect—it’s part of the authentic character of real, full grain leather. Our Heritage Latigo is the best choice for those that want a minimum of scratching and easy repair with a good leather conditioner.
