Premium Products Require Premium Raw Materials And Craftmanship.

Premium Full Grain Leather

It all starts with the best leather we can source. We craft our products from leathers by Horween Leather and Hermann Oak. Two of the top tanneries in the USA. Our belts are made from extra heavy weight Bridle Leather, Harness Leather, and Stirrup Leathers for belts that will last a lifetime.

Solid Stainless Steel Or Brass Hardware

Great leather is important, but so is the hardware. Top quality, solid stainless steel and brass hardware will last a lifetime without cracking, peeling, or failing under stress. We limit the use of things like snaps that have a high failure rate.

Premium Threads

We use premium quality, heavyweight nylon, polyester, and linen saddle thread. A maximum of 6 stitches per inch leaves plenty of leather in between stitches to guarantee the maximum in strength and durability. We use the same size thread on the underside as the top side. Many manufacturers of cheaper cases use a light thread on the bottom where you can’t see it. This practice saves money but sacrifices durability. We also offer hand stitching for an extra charge.

Built In The USA For A Lifetime Of Dependability

Saddles should be built to last a lifetime. We take the same care crafting all of our products as we would with a saddle. Minimal moving parts, single pieces of leather, minimal stitching at 6 stitches per inch, anti-stretch fabric added to high stress areas, and reinforced stress points all work together to create a product that will go the distance.
