PREMIUM QUALITY, FULL GRAIN LEATHER BELTS - HANDCRAFTED IN THE USA BY CRAFTSMEN THAT GIVE A DAMN.

Finding a good belt isn’t the issue.

It’s not hard to cut thick leather, add a buckle, and call it “premium.”

Real craftsmanship is harder to find.

Most belts follow a fixed pattern—five holes, two-inch sizing, one type of leather. Built to move through a process, built for the masses, not the individual.

You get what’s offered - what everyone else gets.

You should get the belt that you really want

You’re spending good money on a belt. It should be better than standard.

It should fit who you are. Not just in size—but in how it’s made.

You should have a say in the details. The leather. The buckle. The finish.

Not just another version of the same old thing.

At Avery Case & Saddle, we take a different approach.

Every belt is handcrafted in the USA, with time and attention given to details mass production skips in the name of speed and profit.

Full-grain American leather—bridle, harness, latigo—chosen for how it performs, not just how it looks.

Sizing runs in true 1-inch increments. Adjustment holes are offered in 3, 5, or 7.

Edges and adjustment holes are beveled, dyed, burnished, and finished with beeswax—by hand.

You choose solid brass or stainless hardware. Four Chicago screws instead of two for balance and long-term hold.

Stitching, when used, is cut into a recessed groove to protect it—not sitting on top.

Nothing rushed. Nothing pulled from a shelf. Built to your specifications.

Design your perfect belt.

Start with one of our purpose designed belts in USA harness, bridle, or latigo leather.

Choose your size, the number of adjustment holes, hardware, and logo placement.

On certain belts, choose the color and the width.

Our belts are made to order—please allow up to two weeks for craftsmanship. If any leather or hardware delays arise, we’ll notify you immediately.

You end up with a belt you really wanted.

You get the belt you actually wanted. One that fits how you wear it—day in, day out.

It has the weight it should. It holds its shape.

The details are right—the buckle fits clean, the edges are finished.

Nothing to adjust. Nothing to second guess.

In short, you get exactly what you pay for—and confidence it was money well spent.
