Shipping and Returns

Thank you for supporting Avery Case And Saddle. Every product we make is handcrafted with care from full-grain American leather, built to last a lifetime. Below you’ll find our shipping and return policies to help you know what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Each item is made to order or finished by hand, so please allow [7–14 business days] for us to craft, inspect, and prepare your order before it ships.

  • During peak seasons or for custom work, production may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated via email.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or another trusted carrier.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We pay U.S. shipping on orders over $200.00 (before tax and after discounts).

  • We Do NOT ship internationally through the website. If you would like to order any of our products please use the contact form. We will send a Paypal invoice that will include the cost of the product plus shipping. You will be responsible for any duties imposed by your country.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Free Shipping is NOT available for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We package each product carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We insure each package when shipped for the full retail amount. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact the shipper to file a claim.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UNUSED, UNWORN items in original condition and packaging.

  • No returns accepted for customized or personalized items

  • To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We ship all of our products insured. If your purchased is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper for reimbursment.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it hasn’t been worn or personalized. Just pay the shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their unique nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., initials, sizing, embossing, stitching)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
