Everyone makes Mistakes

We take pride in what we do—but when you make a lot of leather goods, mistakes sometimes happen. So what do we do when they do? We do our best not to waste leather. We turn lemons into lemonade.

If a product is still serviceable, we donate it to someone in need. Most often, we take them to our local mission, but sometimes we’ll send them to someone you recommend.

If you know someone who could use a quality belt with a small blemish or imperfection, let us know. We can’t always make it happen, but we’ll keep you updated on the status of your request.

We also occasionally end up with straps too short for a full-size belt. If you know a deserving kid who could use one, just reach out.
